Who are we?

Founded in 1992, Roseco is one of the pioneers in the sorting and reuse of used textiles. a textilelor uzate.

Our 29 years of experience  in collecting and sorting for reuse of textile waste has inevitably led to the next strategic step: recycling of non-reusable fractions, strengthening our position on the Romanian and European market.

By producing quality raw materials  from textile waste, we make it easier for the entire textile industry chain to achieve a common goal: to respect resources and raw materials by extending their lifespan  and significantly reduce the consumption of natural resources for the production of virgin raw material.

Textile Recycle

In April 2024, Roseco inaugurated its new textile waste recycling plant, equipped with the most advanced mechanical recycling line in Romania. This represents a major step towards a sustainable future, using innovative technologies to transform textile waste into valuable resources. We pride ourselves on being leaders in the circular economy and promoting environmental responsibility.

Our impact

Reducing CO2 emissions

Anually, we help reducing CO2 emissions by 8.000 tonnes, having a base median economy of 2.000 kilograms of CO2 for every single recycled ton.

Conserving water resources

Every year, we reduce water consumption by 18 million m³, thus avoiding using this amount for cotton production, according to data from the European Environment Agency, which indicates that 10 m³ of water is needed to produce 1 kg of cotton.

Textile waste management

We contribute annually to reducing textile waste by 4,000 tons, preventing energy recovery by incineration or landfill.
